The Forester model is a beautiful log cabin that is 160 square feet. This size is exempt from the requirement to obtain a permit under section 8 of the Ontario building code.

Note that that a permit may needed when adding mechanical and electrical systems.

offering an R-value around 1.3 per inch of wall.

The Forester model measures 12' 8" to ridge beam from floor. The wall height is 8', allowing ample room for the upgraded loft.
